Moon Valley offered exceptional service! I came across this company while they were installing trees at a friend's house, and I asked the install manager for his business card. Guzman was incredible - he met me to pick out and purchase my trees, visited my property to understand where I wanted to plant them and then was on-site for the install. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and communicated well. I appreciated having one person to communicate with through the entire process - from purchasing to follow up post install, as well as answering all of my questions in between.

AMAZING service and huge selection. Liz helped me and she had incredible customer service. Showed me around the property and explained everything whenever I had questions. This is by far the best nursery ive ever been to. Can't wait to go back.

I just relocated to the Spring area from Wisconsin, where I was born and raised. I purchased a home with nothing but grass in the backyard. I requested a design consult from Moon Valley Nurseries in Spring, and Daniel Hernandez came out within a couple of days. We walked the space and he created a design like he was actually in my head! He listened to what I wanted (but couldn't pull together), and he saw my vision and made it come to life! On planting day (just a few days later) ALLLL of my (quite high) expectations were exceed by Demetrius Guzman and his installation Crew! My yard was transformed into my very own tropical paradise within a few hours!! They did such a great job the 1st day, I orderd a few more things and had them come back 2 days later. On the 2nd day of installation, I had a change of heart and called Steve (on his day off), He put me in touch with Ben who listened to my concerns, made the order change and LEFT THE STORE to do a quick delivery of what I wanted so his crew could stay on schedule with my planting. Demetris and his crew did an awesome job planting our oak tree! They came in, planted, cleaned up and educated us on our fertilizers we had previously purchased. We were able to pick out the position of the tree. His crew was so nice in helping me pick the perfect side to face the house. I couldn't be more pleased with Demetris and his crew. Thank you so much for beautifying our backyard!

Wow! Wes did a fantastic job helping me select & plant this beautiful Mediterranean fan palm! Not many places have the huge selection of larger palms that Moon Valley does, and although palms are pricey, the value is worth it- you get what you pay for. Wes was so wonderful to work with too- super helpful when I initially called, friendly, great attitude, knowledgeable & got an appointment set up right away. When I arrived 20 minutes early, he dropped what we was doing & started showing me the palms they had. He explained the whole process, was upfront with the pricing/fees, gave his opinions about size/shape/type that would work, but ultimately left the decision to me. Bought the tree, set up delivery- he was so efficient & engaged the whole time & you can tell he really loves his job, which is so pleasant to see nowadays, especially with younger folks! He’s mature beyond his years & very professional but fun & friendly also! And I received 5 star service from Fernando & Crew who delivered & planted my palm!
